Remember when I told you pretty much everything we need can be handcrafted by skilled artisans in Haiti??

When I was in Haiti I met with a very skilled carpenter who will be making all of our doors & frames as well as reception area desk, shelving in the pharmacy, and cabinetry in the lab, exam rooms, bathrooms and kitchen! And to top it off…. It costs less to hire these amazingly skilled men to do this woodworking than it does to buy pre-made or to ship stuff over! PLUS we get to help multiple families with jobs!
